Cash, Venmo or checks with verification will be accepted. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates or gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and expire a year after purchase date.

Walk-ins

We appreciate it when you make an appointment in advance, but we will try to accommodate walk-in appointments whenever possible.

Late Arrivals

Your appointment is in jeopardy if you arrive late. You may be charged a late fee or your appointment may have to be canceled and you may be charged for the service. To avoid any problems, it is best to arrive 15 minutes early, allowing you to relax and be ready to enjoy your time with us.

Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required for all services. If the appointment is not canceled in required amount of time, you will be charged the full price of the service/services. We require clients booking appointments to give us the respect of notification if they have to cancel. When they don’t, an empty space is left on the books that someone else could have utilized and the salon has lost income.
